Color Course:

This course is designed to teach about color and how it affects the way we look and feel.  You will learn about the Munsell System of Color, and the different characteristics of color.  We will explain how to determine which colors look best on all different skin tones, taking into consideration a persons hair and eye color as well. 

We will train you to the extent that you will be able to determine dominant, secondary and tertiary color characteristics for anyone using the Colour Me Beautiful European technique.  This system is used primarily in Europe, and we are now bringing it to the Americas! 

We will also train you in how to hold consultations in color, and how to help women determine what makeup colors to use.  We will be doing hands on training with each other and volunteers – so you will learn your own colors and receive a wallet with the appropriate colors for you in them. 

Women’s Style Course:

This course will cover the key elements of style.  We will discuss body shape as well as face shape.  We will teach how to do a style consultation, and train in all aspects of women’s style, from body shape to scale, height and proportion, as well as different fabric types and textures and how they affect the way we should be dressing. 

We have style workbooks for the clients, and will train you in their use. This workbook has wardrobe components with different styles and explains which styles suit each body type. We will have volunteers for you to work with and teach you what works for the different body types and what doesn’t work, and why. 

Finally, we will take you shopping and give you a description of the type of woman you are to find an outfit for within a certain budget, in order to prepare you for your role as a personal shopper.

Men’s Style Course:

This course will cover all aspects of men’s style.  This will include training in men’s color and how the color techniques apply to them – so you will need to have taken the color class in order to take this course.  This course will train you in men’s body lines, how to determine their style personality and how they can project the appropriate image in the workplace. 

We will train you on appropriate dressing – looking the part, and how to put it all together with the finishing touches.  We also discuss and learn about grooming for men.  We will work with volunteers for a hands-on experience.

Finally, we will take you on a shopping expedition with a description of the type of man that you are to find an outfit for and a budget to stay within.   As with the women’s style class this gives you the experience of a personal shopper. 




Business Management for Image Consultants:

The business management course is an intensive one day course aimed at helping Image Consultants get their businesses up and thriving quickly.  Instructions and exercises are offered on such interesting and useful business topics as defining your business, branding you and your business, developing your service catalog, understanding marketing, developing your marketing calendar, selling your services and using the tools of the internet to market and sell your services.  There is even a discussion on planning your activities and tracking your progress.  While the day is intensive, it is fun and lively and you will leave with a plan to follow to start your road to success in your new, glamorous career.





Personal Stylist Course:

This new combined course of color and style. This course is perfect for retailers, beauticians, lifestyle coaches, and anyone wanting to help their friends and family with their style issues.
